This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in United States. This role serves as the technical counterpart to Customer Performance across a portfolio of existing customers. You’ll own the technical health of customer accounts, including configuration, tracking, integrations, and data pipelines. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive technical account management and customer support. You’ll investigate data quality issues, pipeline failures, configuration drift, and other risks before they impact customers. You’ll work closely with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive complex issues through resolution. The role also focuses on creating scalable health checks, documentation, and processes that reduce recurring problems. It’s an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, investigative professional who enjoys solving customer-facing challenges.
