Technical Account Manager MENA

As a Technical Account Manager , you are a key element in excellent delivery of the campaigns. Our teams will count on your technical and analytical skills to make campaigns roll out well and maximise the results. You will work closely with the other teams: Account Managers, Sales Managers and Directors. You will report directly to the Technical Team lead.  You will:  Campaign optimisation  Focus on maximizing delivery of client’s goals & company goals  Conduct the technical operations for our clients;  Coordination of all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process;  Work closely with our account managers and sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service;  Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns; Propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals.
