This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Analyst based in Brazil. This remote contract role is designed for an IT professional with hands-on Windows Server and infrastructure experience. You’ll support technical infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, application mapping, documentation, and project coordination. The role combines technical troubleshooting with analysis and structured communication to help ensure infrastructure initiatives progress smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with project services, operations teams, and other stakeholders across the organization. Your ability to document technical information clearly and coordinate activities will be essential to successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to infrastructure transformation projects while expanding your experience across core IT environments.
Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation. Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution. Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis to support project planning and execution. Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components, configurations, and project activities. Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders. Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities where applicable. Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation throughout project delivery. Communicate technical information, project updates, issues, and requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus. Previous experience with data center or IT infrastructure migrations is an advantage. Project coordination experience is desirable. MCSE certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and project teams.
