Technical Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines architecture leadership, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and solution consulting to ensure successful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud, event-driven architectures, and large-scale application modernization, while also demonstrating exceptional communication, client engagement, and leadership capabilities.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping solution strategy, presenting technology roadmaps to customers, influencing decision-making, and guiding engineering teams through successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solution Leadership

• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions.

• Lead architecture and solution workshops, executive presentations, and technical discovery sessions.

• Articulate solution value propositions and technology strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Support sales, proposal development, and pre-sales activities by providing architectural guidance and solution recommendations.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Architecture & Modernization

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.

• Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud migration, application re-platforming, and microservices adoption.

• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.

• Design event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and modern integration patterns.

• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Delivery & Program Governance

• Provide technical leadership across multiple programs and workstreams.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering Leads to ensure successful delivery.

• Review solution quality, scalability, performance, security, and operational readiness.

• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and architecture governance.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and DevSecOps standards.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.

• Foster innovation and engineering excellence across the organization.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies where appropriate.

• Build strong relationships across client, business, and engineering teams.
