Mobileye is looking for an ambitious Technical Assistant for Executive VP that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.
What your job will look like:

Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery.

Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes.

Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps.

Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications.
-
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions.

Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domains.

Manage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications).
All you need is:

Bachelor's degree – preference for a technical field.

2-5 years of experience as a technical project manager in R&D field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness.
-
Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner.

Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
