About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our REM Business Development team. REM (Road Experience Management™) is Mobileye's proprietary crowdsourced mapping technology, powering advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving solutions through continuously updated road intelligence. In this role, you will bridge technology, business, and customer needs, working closely with global automotive OEMs throughout the entire customer engagement lifecycle. You will serve as both a technical expert and a business partner, driving customer success while collaborating with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Legal teams to shape solutions, influence product direction, and bring innovative technologies to market.

What Will Your Job Look Like:

• Lead customer engagements with global automotive OEMs throughout the business development lifecycle, from roadmap alignment to successful design wins.

• Own the RFI/RFQ process and lead technical discussions, product reviews, and customer evaluations.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand, evaluate, and successfully adopt REM products.

• Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Legal teams to shape solutions, influence product direction, and support commercial activities.

• Develop customer-facing technical content, presentations, and go-to-market materials.

• Lead customer workshops, executive meetings, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic matrix environment.

• Manage multiple parallel projects, timelines, milestones, and customer expectations from pre-sales through implementation.

All You Need Is:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant scientific/technical discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Pre-Sales, Business Development, Product Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong business mindset with the ability to work comfortably across commercial, legal, marketing, and product-related topics.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional activities in a matrix organization.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage them to improve productivity and day-to-day work.

• Fluent English and Hebrew.
