This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Client Success Specialist (f/m/d) based in Brazil. This is a customer-focused technical support opportunity within a global Level 1 Triage team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming technical support requests, helping clients receive fast, accurate, and professional assistance. Your responsibilities will include assessing, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving straightforward technical issues while identifying cases that require specialist support. You will combine customer service, technical troubleshooting, organization, and clear communication to keep support operations running efficiently. The role offers exposure to a broad range of client challenges and opportunities to continuously develop your technical knowledge. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements that strengthen the overall support experience. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a direct impact on client satisfaction.
