Full job description
This founding Forward Deployed Engineering role owns end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams, including translating business goals into technical plans, driving engineering execution, embedding with customer teams, landing production deployments, managing adoption and change, codifying reusable solution patterns and evaluating deployment impact. The role is based in Singapore, follows a hybrid model of three days in office, includes relocation assistance and requires substantial customer travel.
Requirements & qualifications
OpenAI is looking for candidates with 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership, experience leading complex high-stakes customer engagements, strong technical fluency and experience shipping AI/LLM systems. Expertise in at least one major industry sector is also expected.
