This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Integration Manager based in India. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the technical integration journey for enterprise API customers across the APAC region. You will own the customer experience from technical implementation and onboarding through launch, optimization, and ongoing support. The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. You will help customers navigate complex API integrations while identifying opportunities to make the integration process faster, clearer, and more scalable. Your insights will directly influence product improvements, documentation, technical support practices, and the evolution of the integration function. You will operate in a fast-moving, high-trust environment where autonomy, adaptability, and practical problem-solving are highly valued. This remote role offers the opportunity to help build the APAC technical integration function while working with sophisticated global customers and modern API infrastructure.
