Technical Integration Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Integration Manager based in United States. This role owns the technical customer experience for enterprise API integrations, from initial implementation through launch and ongoing optimization. You will work directly with major customers to solve complex integration challenges and help accelerate their path from signed agreement to live product. The position combines hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify product gaps, improve documentation, and turn recurring customer challenges into actionable solutions. The role also offers the opportunity to build a scalable technical onboarding and support function while maintaining a fast, high-trust customer experience. You will operate in a global, rapidly evolving technology environment focused on API-first infrastructure and modern developer experiences.
