This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead based in United States. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role with ownership of a core product engineering pod in a fast-moving technology environment. You will guide a distributed team of senior engineers while setting technical direction, managing delivery, and supporting team growth. The role combines people leadership with deep technical involvement across architecture, software development, infrastructure, data, and AI. You will modernize critical systems while establishing scalable engineering practices and an AI-assisted software development lifecycle. Your work will influence business-critical financial workflows where reliability, accuracy, and delivery speed directly affect customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to make pragmatic technical decisions and manage trade-offs. This is an opportunity to shape both the technology and the way an engineering team builds, reviews, tests, and ships software.
