We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM), Core Platform to help design, build, and scale the foundational platform services that power the Caseware Cloud portfolio. This role will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define technical requirements, streamline integrations, and enable innovation across our ecosystem. Support and Execute Platform Vision

Contribute to the roadmap for core platform services such as APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integration frameworks.

Translate platform strategy into clear product requirements and user stories with measurable success criteria.

Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog items, refine requirements, and support sprint planning and delivery.

Ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise scalability, security, and reliability standards.

Partner Across Teams

Collaborate with product teams across Caseware to identify shared capability needs and integration opportunities.

Serve as the connector between engineering and vertical product teams, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of platform services.

Participate in technical design discussions, clarifying trade-offs and dependencies to keep execution on track.

Drive Operational and Delivery Excellence

Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes for shared platform capabilities.

Monitor key platform metrics such as performance, reliability, and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality.

Champion Technical Product Management Best Practices

Support backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint reviews.

Contribute to internal enablement assets such as templates, integration guides, and platform release documentation.

Learn from and collaborate with senior and principal PMs to build your platform product management expertise.

3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments.

Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events/notifications infrastructure and modern cloud-based architectures.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value.

Proven success partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.

Exposure to data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems.

Experience working in AI-native product development environments where engineering, design, and product teams leverage agentic tools as force multipliers — comfortable driving platform product direction in fast, iterative cycles where discovery, shaping, and building happen concurrently.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
