Overview
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full job description
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior product role at the center of an AI-powered logistics orchestration platform built for cold chain and pharmaceutical supply chains. You will own the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents that help planning, logistics, and quality teams automate compliance decisions in real time. The stakes are real: your product directly influences whether temperature-sensitive therapies and vaccines arrive usable. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding set of AI agents, including live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management agents, as well as custom agents built by customers.
- Ship agentic features with a clear contract: agents surface context and recommendations with visible reasoning, execute only on user-delegated actions, and log every action for audit.
- Spend regular time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations, translating messy regulated workflows into clean, shippable product.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML teams to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.
- Define and track concrete success metrics such as decisions automated, hours returned to customers, and releases accelerated. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.
- Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) sufficient to collaborate credibly with ML engineers.
- Proven ability to own product roadmaps and convert customer discovery into software requirements.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data science, and ML to ship production features.
- Experience defining and measuring concrete product outcomes and KPIs.
- Customer-facing discovery experience with supply chain, logistics, or operations users.
- Familiarity with cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually. The role also includes equity, five weeks of PTO, and full health benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States.
