Technical Program Management, Guidewire Security

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Program Management, Guidewire Security based in Canada. This is a high-impact technical program management role within a security organization, focused on advancing enterprise security maturity and executing complex, cloud-scale initiatives. You’ll lead strategic security programs across Product, Engineering, Enterprise, and other stakeholder groups, translating priorities into measurable outcomes. The role combines security expertise, program leadership, data-driven execution, and continuous process improvement. A strong emphasis is placed on responsible AI adoption, with opportunities to apply AI and automation to program management, reporting, analysis, and security operations. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, drive accountability, and help shape how security programs evolve in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
