We are backed by strategic investment and product partners such as TDK Ventures and Eclipse Ventures.    We are a team of engineers, operators, entrepreneurs, and partners driven by a shared ambition to set the new performance standard for renewable energy and grid resilience.     About the Role - Technical Program Manager, ESS     Peak Energy is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team and play a crucial role in driving the development and deployment of our sodium ion based large-scale energy storage systems. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and efficient energy storage solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the advancement of renewable energy storage.      What  You’ll  Do ( Responsibilities )   Lead the end-to-end execution of energy storage system projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.     Collaborate with many cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, product management, supply chain, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans.    Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to drive alignment, achieve project goals, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction    Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery, and implement effective mitigation strategies.    Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall project execution capabilities.    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to battery energy storage systems, and integrate relevant insights into project planning and execution.      What You'll Bring ( Qualifications )   Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.    3-5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the battery or energy storage industry.   Strong technical background in battery energy storage systems, including familiarity with battery chemistries, energy management systems, and grid integration technologies.    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.    Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.    Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and driving positive environmental impact through technology innovation.    Eligible to work in the U.S.        Peak Energy is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
