Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements, prioritized scenarios, and measurable outcomes. Partner with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient telemetry experiences across Azure, hybrid, multicloud, and edge environments. Simplify how customers discover, onboard, configure, route, govern, and operate monitoring data at scale. Use customer feedback, product telemetry, support insights, and market trends to guide priorities and improve adoption and customer satisfaction. Coordinate execution across engineering, program management, support, field, and dependent product teams, communicating tradeoffs, risks, and progress clearly. Define and track success measures for onboarding, configuration health, collection reliability, performance, governance, and operational efficiency. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
