Program Strategy & Execution Lead end-to-end technical product and service launches across Support, Customer Success, and customer-facing organizations, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Drive cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, and execution plans. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, issues, and program status. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and business stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, deliverables, and outcomes. Facilitate alignment across teams to resolve issues, drive decisions, and achieve business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for Cloud and AI platform technologies, including Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Fabric, and AI workloads. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans that improve customer readiness, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. Required: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience in industries such as technology, healthcare, sales or finance, where AI business solutions are applied to solve real-world problems.
