Technical Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager based in India. As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex technology projects spanning Oracle Cloud, enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms. You will oversee initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. The role combines technical understanding with strong delivery, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities. You will drive Agile practices, monitor delivery and resource metrics, and identify bottlenecks that could affect productivity or project outcomes. You will also manage risks, dependencies, financials, and changes while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Lead end-to-end technical projects and programs involving Oracle Cloud/Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise applications. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate project execution across technical teams, vendors, architects, developers, integration teams, QA, and business stakeholders. Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Track delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, throughput, cycle time, planned versus actual effort, and release progress. Monitor resource capacity, allocation, utilization, productivity, and workload, taking corrective action when needed. Establish and maintain project KPIs, delivery dashboards, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Manage scope changes through structured change management and impact assessments. Define and maintain RACI matrices, governance frameworks, communication plans, and escalation processes. Track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource costs, and actual expenditure. Identify delivery bottlenecks and collaborate with technical teams to improve productivity and delivery efficiency. Oversee technical integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud, and cloud platforms. Coordinate communication and API solutions involving platforms such as Twilio SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, or similar technologies when applicable. Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and business objectives. Prepare regular status reports and executive-level updates for stakeholders. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with significant experience leading technical projects. Strong background in Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management. Experience managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, or enterprise integration projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Hands-on experience working with Agile metrics such as velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint completion, cycle time, and burndown/burnup. Strong experience in resource planning, utilization, allocation, capacity management, and productivity tracking. Proven experience managing project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, RACI frameworks, KPIs, and governance processes. Good understanding of APIs, cloud integration, middleware, REST/SOAP, and enterprise application integration. Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or comparable project management platforms. Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills. Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain delivery focus in a remote environment. Benefits: Full-time position. Fully remote work.
