We like to win—and we know that the only thing standing between us and the title is our own ability to improve every day. You’ll be the talent magnet that powers our technical team. As our first technical recruiter, you'll construct our technical hiring engine from zero to hero. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect our technical recruiting strategy
- Partner with founders and leadership team to define and hunt for A+ engineering talent
- Create a candidate experience so good, even rejected applicants become fans
- Build scalable processes that can handle 10x growth
- Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest WHO YOU ARE
- A technical talent hunter with 3-5+ years catching engineering unicorns
- Someone who's built recruiting functions from the ground up
