Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract) based in Canada. This is a high-autonomy technical recruiting opportunity supporting a major Product and Technology hiring initiative within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data, and Product, managing a diverse portfolio of technical roles from mid-level through executive seniority. The role requires strong technical fluency, enabling you to assess programming languages, frameworks, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML technologies with credibility. You will partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and deliver targeted talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions. With immediate ownership of 8–12+ concurrent requisitions, you will operate independently using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter as core day-one tools. You will help create efficient, structured hiring processes while providing senior candidates with a thoughtful and high-touch experience throughout the recruitment journey.
