About Us
Full job description
About Us At Armadin, we're a group of engineers, researchers, and hackers on a mission to redefine what proactive security can do in the AI era. Cyberattacks are becoming autonomous and relentless and we believe defending against threats before they materialize is one of the most powerful ways to protect the institutions the world depends on. We're building autonomous proactive security from the ground up, reinforcing the tradecraft of elite red teamers into purpose-built security models and agents that discover risk and remediate it before organizations are breached. Led by Kevin Mandia, founder of Mandiant ($5.4B exit to Google), our team brings together researchers and engineers from Google, xAI, Meta, Stanford, and MIT to reinvent security for an adversary that never sleeps. What You'll Do
- Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Run searches end-to-end across Engineering and Research roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close, with complete ownership of your pipeline.
- Hunt Exceptional Talent: Source and engage engineers and researchers who rarely respond to recruiters, crafting outreach that cuts through noise and building relationships with talent from the world's top AI and security organizations.
- Uphold an Exceptional Bar: Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on what world-class looks like, and protect that standard through every search we hire the best or we don't hire.
- Drive Velocity with Rigor: Move candidates through a high-bar process fast, keeping the ATS as the source of truth and relentlessly closing gaps between "great candidate" and "signed offer."
- Build the Machine: Shape the recruiting infrastructure of a fast-scaling startup — interview processes, scorecards, sourcing systems, and candidate experience — so hiring gets better as we grow. What You'll Bring
- Technical Recruiting Depth: 5+ years recruiting software engineers or ML researchers, ideally in high-growth startup environments where the bar is exceptional, and timelines are compressed.
- Sourcing Craft: You find people others can't creative search strategies, sharp candidate research, and outreach that earns responses from passive, in-demand talent.
- Closing Instincts: You understand compensation, equity, and competing offers, and you know how to build conviction with candidates weighing multiple opportunities.
- Operational Discipline: You run a clean pipeline, live in your ATS, and treat data hygiene as a reflection of your craft; if it's not in the system, it didn't happen.
- Ownership Mentality: You operate with urgency and autonomy, turning ambiguous hiring goals into filled seats without waiting to be told what to do. Even Better With
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML or deeply technical research organizations.
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms.
- Experience standing up recruiting processes at an early-stage, fast-scaling company.
- A track record of closing candidates against FAANG and top AI lab offers. Benefits & Perks 🏥 Full Health, Dental, & Vision Coverage 📈 Meaningful Equity Ownership 🥙 In-Office Meals ✂️ Haircuts at the Office 🎉 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events 💸 401(k), HSA, and FSA Plans 🌴 Flexible PTO
