Our partner is looking for Technical Recruiters: Interview on Full-Cycle Hiring Workflows based in Brazil. This opportunity is designed for experienced technical recruiting and talent acquisition professionals to share practical insights into full-cycle hiring workflows. You will participate in a paid remote voice session focused on how technical talent is sourced, evaluated, and managed throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will discuss a recent challenging search, stakeholder communication strategies, and approaches to managing complex candidate pipelines. You will also review sample technical candidate profiles and explain your initial screening criteria and decision-making process.
