Future Opportunities (US) – Technical Support at Tenable Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and making a real impact in cybersecurity? Join Tenable’s Technical Support team and help customers succeed with industry-leading solutions like Tenable One and more. At Tenable, you’ll: Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Customer Advocacy teams to deliver exceptional support. Grow your skills working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in diverse environments. Contribute knowledge articles and insights that help shape our products and services. What We’re Looking For: Technical degree or equivalent experience Must have experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts Customer support experience and excellent communication skills Enthusiasm for learning and helping others succeed Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD Experience with tools like Nessus, SIEMs, virtualization, SQL, or scripting is a plus Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus Must already be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. Ready to grow your career in cybersecurity?
