This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish based in United States . As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical assistance to customers, partners, sales representatives, and internal teams across a connected transportation and IoT technology environment. You will troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues involving connected devices, web-based platforms, integrations, connectivity, and configuration. Working across phone, chat, and email, you will guide users through technical challenges while delivering a high standard of customer service. You will collaborate with technical teams and external partners to investigate escalated issues and develop effective solutions. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also contribute to global initiatives while helping maintain reliable support operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Because the support function operates 24/7, flexibility across rotating shifts is an essential part of the role.
