Technical Task Order Program Manager, TS/SCI

Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:  Security Requirements: Final TS/SCI (Special Access Program (SAP) eligible) Skill/Experience Ten years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations. Ten years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value. Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing. Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs. Five years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI. Five years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series. Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers. Ten years’ demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas: System Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering Physical Sciences Software Engineering Cyber Engineering AI /ML Engineering  Preferred Skills and Experience: Ten years’ experience managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this task order. Ten years’ experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW. Five years’ experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).    Salary range for the position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
