PlusAI is a Physical AI company pioneering AI-based virtual driver software for factory-built autonomous trucks. If you’re ready to make a huge impact and drive the future of autonomy, Plus is looking for talented individuals to join its fast-growing teams.

Build autonomous vehicles by: Helping fabricated components Helping build harnesses Integrating sensors, compute, harnesses onto the vehicles Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve mechanical & electrical issues. Maintain high standard of safety and organization in our lab Integrating systems including AC/DC high and low voltages, structural components, coolant, CAN, and scripting. Provide careful, detail-oriented documentation during tests, and inspections Communicate technical questions and findings in a concise and descriptive manner Diagnose and troubleshoot test setup errors and failures. Willing to travel to support internal and external testing plans

Creative approach to problem solving, with willingness to learn and try new things Can quickly adapt to learning new technologies Is self-directing, able to work across the entire organization to collect parts and information to execute job responsibilities Ability to work both independently and with team members Methodical and diligent, works with a strong sense of quality and craft Excellent documentation and written communication Mechanical fabrication skills, machine shop experience, expert with hand and power tools Demonstrate mechanical aptitude – Practice disassembly and reassembly of electromechanical systems without instructions Experience making wiring harnesses by way of soldering, crimping, following wiring diagrams etc.
