See all open opportunities here: Generation Veeva Careers The Role The Technology Consulting Intern role is part of our Consultant Development Program, which is designed to grow recent university graduates into the next generation of services consultants. The Intern role is specifically designed for Bachelor's and Master's students in their final year of studies who can commit to work 6-12 months for at least 20 hours per week, with the potential to pursue a full-time Associate Consultant position after graduating from University. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you help solve complex business challenges and get to be hands-on with technology everyday. Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment where you’re expected to learn fast, contribute quickly, and are empowered with significant responsibility early. This role doesn’t require a background in life sciences or technology. You bring your drive and ability to learn; we’ll provide education on the industry, technical training, and robust opportunities to develop your consulting skills and grow your career.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers, providing expertise on Veeva’s applications and platform

• Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects and project leads

• Collaborate in teams to help implement and optimize Veeva software by contributing in key roles (e.g., project management, solution design and configuration workshops, validation, integration, migration, training)

• Active student status at a Hungarian university pursuing a Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in any field and in the final year of your studies

• History of strong and consistent academic performance

• Ability to commit to at least 20h/week during core business hours

• Fluent in English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset

• Willingness to travel as needed up to 20-30% of the time

The Process | Our Process Is Different From Most. It Is Designed To Be Fast, Efficient And Respectful. Here Are The Steps:

• You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test

• Within one week we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not

• The next step is a 60-minute interview followed by a case exercise. You will have three days to prepare for the case exercise

• Within one week after this step, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward

• You will have two weeks to accept our offer or not. If you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to show up on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview would be an ethical violation in our view

Compensation

• Starting Salary: Hourly rate 2,250 - 3,500 HUF

• After one year, if you perform well, you will receive a compensation increase and participate in our bonus program.

Additional information

Work Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position. Work Environment: Veeva is a Work Anywhere company. You can choose to work in an office or remotely from home on any given day of the week. Associate Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva’s Budapest office and typically go to the office two to three days per week. #LI-Remote #LI-Intern
