Full job description
Provides user and infrastructure support, coordinates technology projects and vendors, assists network and endpoint administration, supports hotel openings, tracks IT assets and helps maintain cybersecurity, PCI and data-protection practices.
Requirements & qualifications
Previous IT support, IT operations or technology-project coordination experience; networking knowledge covering routing, switching, firewalls, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VLANs; broad hardware/software support experience; strong organization and service skills; willingness to travel between the three Mexico City properties; relevant IT certifications are desirable.
