The programme is designed to build knowledge and skills in technology diplomacy and prepare young Sudanese participants for regional and international technology-policy forums. Applications are sent by email. Selected applicants may undergo an online interview after initial screening, and the final 25 participants attend the in-person programme in Khartoum.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Sudanese nationals, currently enrolled at a Sudanese university, aged 18–24, physically present in Sudan and have advanced English. Preference is given to students in telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, IT and international relations, and to applicants interested in volunteering or community service.
