Technology Director (Platform)

  As a Technology Director and highly skilled and experienced Java Web Architect, you will lead and mentor our web development team, playing a key part in the successful delivery of large-scale commercial websites and web applications. This position is ideal for a seasoned Java professional with a deep understanding of modern web technologies and a passion for building robust, scalable solutions. While a strong background in Java is essential, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a platform built on Java, and become a leader in its implementation. You possess exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to drive technical strategy, and a knack for fostering a collaborative environment within web development. You will lead Tech Leads, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Content Authors.
