What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a person who thinks beyond simply managing a website or platform.

You should be able to ask:

What do our users need? What problem are we solving? What should we build next? How can we make the product better? How will we measure success? How can technology create more value for users and the organization?

The ideal candidate is a builder, problem-solver, and strategic thinker who can connect technology with real-world user and business needs and take products from idea → planning → development → launch → measurement → continuous improvement.
