Our partner is looking for a Técnico de Faturamento III - Benefícios Corporativos | Temporário based in Brazil. This temporary remote role is focused on managing complex corporate benefits billing processes with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. You will analyze billing information, validate customized calculations and allocations, and resolve critical inconsistencies across systems. The position involves close interaction with clients and insurance operators to ensure smooth processes and timely resolution of issues. You will also contribute to service-level compliance, productivity and quality monitoring, and continuous process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage demanding deadlines. You will also support the development of less experienced analysts while contributing to automation and operational efficiency.

Conduct detailed billing analyses, identifying, investigating, and correcting inconsistencies to ensure accurate and reliable information. Perform complex customized allocations and validate calculations according to client-specific requirements and established procedures. Coordinate the preparation, submission, and verification of files exchanged with clients and insurance operators. Monitor copay exemption processes, ensuring appropriate documentation, traceability, and data consistency. Perform and validate system entries while maintaining data integrity across billing and operational platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro. Prepare customized payroll files according to individual client requirements and validate the accuracy of the information provided. Manage billing extensions and support negotiations of requests and exceptions with insurance operators when required. Act as a technical point of contact for clients and insurance operators, supporting the resolution of operational issues and critical occurrences. Contribute to productivity and quality indicators, helping monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support leadership in the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies. Train and guide Analyst I and Analyst II team members, sharing technical knowledge and supporting their development. Ensure compliance with established SLAs, quality standards, processes, and deadlines across all assigned activities. Requirements Completed high school education is required, with additional technical or higher education considered an advantage. Previous experience in billing, reconciliation, financial operations, or other complex administrative and financial routines is required. Advanced Excel skills, including data treatment, pivot tables, complex formulas, and analytical data manipulation. Solid knowledge of billing, reconciliation, and related operational systems, with the ability to work confidently across multiple platforms. Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement or support appropriate solutions. Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and work effectively under short deadlines. Clear communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, insurance operators, leadership, and internal teams. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach, combined with the ability to support colleagues and share technical knowledge. Previous experience with corporate benefits billing, insurance operations, customized billing processes, or similar environments is an advantage. Benefits 100% remote work model.
