About the role (temporary position): As a temporary Business Services Specialist, you will support Accounts Administration / Issuing and Paying Agent Services / Market Data team during periods of annual volume growth. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting critical processes and contributing to the team's day-to-day deliveries and overall success. The unique structure of the team covering 3 products in 4 countries offers exciting growth opportunities. As a temporary Business Services Specialist, some of your responsibilities will include: Data input, processing, analysis, and reporting Review and processing of the client documentation Processing different types of transactions Assisting clients with their daily inquiries over the phone and email

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have:

• Previous experience in banking and finance is considered as an advantage

• Ability to manage your time, multitask, prioritize and work with tight deadlines

• Analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to handle complex information

• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written), work execution is related to foreign countries

• Strong digital proficiency, including confident use of MS Office applications and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems, platforms, and databases.

• Positive mindset and willingness to take ownership

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
