Full job description
The full-time appointment is normally offered on a three-year fixed-term basis with possible renewal and tenure consideration; exceptionally strong senior candidates may be considered for tenure. The department's research spans quantum materials, correlated and topological matter, semiconductor optics, spin and valleytronics, cold atoms, metamaterials and nanophotonics. Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline, a strong research record and commitment to teaching, and the ability to supervise graduate research. Candidates should complement HKU's condensed-matter research programmes.
