Overview
The Territory Manager, Vascular is responsible for the development and performance of all Vascular sales activities in Thailand. He/she shall be a resource to the doctors and hospitals towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. He/she is expected to establish business plan and sales strategy to expand the customer base and to contribute to the development of training and educational programs for the customers. He/She is also expected to achieve the sales target assigned.
Responsibilities
• Develops a sound business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.• Responsible for the development and management of all sales activities in the assigned region.• Responsible for all day to day business issues, tenders and quotations preparation.• Maintain existing clients and sourcing for potential customers.• Prepares action plans for effective sales and prospects management.• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.• Provides timely feedback on market issues to senior management.• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.• Monthly consignment checks in the hospitals.• Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements
Qualifications
• Diploma / Degree holder, major in Science Studies, Business or other related discipline.• Two years and above working experience in medical industry is preferred. Having some experience with Vascular - Aortic Intervention products would be a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet performance deadline, strong business acumen, high integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.• Able to travel within Thailand and preferably owns a car.
