We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SmartRecruiters Implementation Consultant to join our team in Praha 10, Czechia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying the SmartRecruiters platform for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, customize solutions, and ensure successful system adoption across organizations. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on how companies attract, engage, and hire talent.

• Configure and customize the SmartRecruiters platform to meet client-specific recruitment needs and business objectives
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis and discovery sessions with clients to understand their current processes and desired outcomes
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment
• Perform data migration and system integration with existing HR and recruitment tools
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to client teams on platform functionality and best practices
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to resolve configuration issues and optimize system performance
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with the SmartRecruiters product and support teams to address complex technical challenges
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to maximize platform value

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, talent acquisition processes, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated project management experience with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data migration, system integration, and technical configuration
• Experience developing and delivering training programs to end-users
• Knowledge of SQL or database management (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Organized approach to managing timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices
