About the Project We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join an innovative automotive AI testing project. The goal of this project is to evaluate and improve the performance of an in-car AI Voice Assistant by testing how accurately and naturally it responds to real user commands during driving scenarios. You will work as part of a two-person team inside a vehicle: Driver — responsible for operating the vehicle safely Tester — responsible for interacting with the AI Voice Assistant and documenting its performance The collected data and feedback will be analyzed by the Engineering and AI Development teams to help improve voice recognition, command understanding, navigation responses, and overall user experience of the automotive assistant. This is the pilot phase of a large-scale EU project.
Project duration: approximately 15–18 working days Includes a 1-day paid training Schedule: Monday–Friday Working hours: 8 hours per day
AI Voice Assistant Testing Execute predefined test scenarios and voice commands inside the vehicle Interact with the AI assistant in realistic driving situations Evaluate the assistant’s ability to: Understand spoken commands Respond accurately and naturally Handle follow-up questions and prompts Process navigation, media, communication, and system-related requests Performance Evaluation & Bug Reporting Identify issues such as: Incorrect responses Delayed reactions Misunderstood commands System inconsistencies or failures Document findings clearly and accurately Record detailed observations and reproduce issues when necessary Data Collection & Documentation Track test progress and maintain accurate records of completed scenarios Support the Project Manager with reporting and test documentation Ensure all collected information is organized and submitted properly Collaboration Work closely with the Driver and Project Team during daily testing activities Participate in training sessions and follow project guidelines and safety procedures
Native-level French speaker (FR accent preferred) Comfortable speaking clearly and naturally for voice interaction testing Basic technical skills and confidence using digital tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test procedures Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work reliably in a vehicle-based testing environment
Previous experience in: AI testing Software testing Quality Assurance (QA) Data collection or research projects Interest in automotive technology, AI, or voice recognition systems
