The Sana’a Center and The Exchange Foundation are accepting applications for the 13th Yemen Exchange, a ten-day online course running on Mondays and Wednesdays from 26 October to 25 November 2026.

The program provides more than 30 hours of online sessions with Yemeni and international analysts, academics, political figures, business leaders and other experts, with simultaneous English-Arabic translation. Participation fees are USD 1,800 for governments and for-profit companies, USD 1,200 for NGOs, nonprofits and UN organizations, and USD 500 for freelance journalists, unaffiliated researchers and academics. Five scholarships cover the participation fee for eligible researchers who cannot self-fund and would increase the Exchange's social, political or geographic diversity.
Eligibility requirements
Open to applicants worldwide who seek a working background on Yemen or already have substantial familiarity with the country's dynamics. The five fee scholarships target researchers who can demonstrate lack of institutional support or ability to self-fund, a deep interest in Yemen, and contribution to participant diversity.
