Lead recurring project meetings, milestone reviews, and stakeholder check-ins while communicating project health, risks, dependencies, and next steps. Identify and proactively manage risks such as permitting delays, resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, and other project issues. Escalate challenges appropriately and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams, franchisees, contractors, and vendors. Confirm required departmental approvals and readiness activities before center openings. Facilitate the transition from construction and build-out into Retail Operations, ensuring systems, training, staffing, inventory, and operational requirements are in place. Support grand-opening and re-opening planning and contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction coordination, project administration, franchise development, franchise operations, or multi-unit expansion projects. Knowledge of project coordination principles, workflows, documentation standards, and best practices.
