Our partner is looking for a Trading Operations Associate - Evenings & Weekends based in United States . This role supports a 24/7 Risk and Trading Operations function responsible for maintaining the reliability of online sports betting platforms. You will help identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues across trading, marketing, customer support, and related teams. The position combines sports knowledge, technical troubleshooting, platform monitoring, testing, and operational quality control. You will review betting content, monitor pre-game and in-play markets, and help verify sports and competition configurations across environments. The role also involves compliance checks, market submissions, post-release testing, and coordination with external data providers. Working across multiple functions, you will contribute directly to operational excellence and help ensure a consistent customer experience. This opportunity is well suited to a sports-focused, tech-savvy professional who is comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Assist Traders with identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, and escalating issues across operational sports betting platforms. Support the verification, adjustment, and creation of sport and competition configurations across different environments. Test and monitor application features to verify functionality, usability, and navigation. Contribute to compliance checks, market submissions, and post-release testing activities. Communicate with external data providers and manage or support relevant ticketing processes. Conduct daily reviews of betting content to identify potential issues or inconsistencies. Monitor pre-game and in-play betting markets and escalate operational concerns as required. Collaborate on cross-functional assignments involving Compliance, Marketing, Product, and other teams. Assist Customer Experience teams with troubleshooting and issue resolution. Take on additional operational responsibilities and projects as assigned. Requirements Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a 24/7, 365-day operational environment. Extensive knowledge of sports, particularly the four major professional sports leagues. Knowledge of esports is considered an asset. Previous sports betting knowledge or professional experience is an advantage. Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology-driven platforms and tools. Experience using both iPhone and Android devices. Ability to identify issues, follow operational procedures, document findings, and escalate problems effectively. Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Benefits Salary range of CAD $50,000–$65,000 . Competitive overall compensation package.
