This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Training Coordinator - Fluent English Required based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity supporting the coordination and delivery of professional training programs across Brazil and Latin America. You will manage training logistics from scheduling through post-training follow-up, helping ensure every session runs smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with instructors, learners, clients, Sales, and internal teams across a global environment. You will maintain training data and systems, coordinate resources, and provide responsive support to participants and instructors. Your attention to detail will help ensure accurate records, reliable delivery, and a consistently strong customer experience. The position also offers opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and operational workflows. Occasional travel may be required, while the primary work model is home-based in Brazil.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of virtual, public, and in-house training programs across Brazil and LATAM. Manage training logistics, including venues, catering, room setup, technology, learning materials, and instructor requirements. Maintain accurate course, learner, and instructor information within the Learning Management System (LMS). Collaborate with instructors, Sales, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure training sessions are fully prepared and successfully delivered. Support learners and instructors with questions related to course access, certificates, payments, scheduling, and logistics. Monitor enrollments, cancellations, rescheduling, attendance, and course capacity, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Provide basic technical support during virtual sessions and escalate more complex issues when necessary. Maintain training records and contribute to reporting on training activity, learner feedback, and performance. Support administrative and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and internal tracking. Identify opportunities to improve training processes, systems, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, program administration, event coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Previous experience coordinating both virtual and in-person training programs or events. Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Docebo or a comparable platform. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for data entry, lead management, or recordkeeping. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a strong customer-service mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm, responsive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project/Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken, is required; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
