Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead our Learning and Development department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training program design, delivery, and evaluation, with a focus on business and soft skills. This role will involve managing a team of trainers, developing training materials, and ensuring the successful implementation of training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs in business and soft skills.
• Manage and lead a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts to enhance the quality of our programs.
• Ensure all training activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering business and soft skills training programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
