The manager identifies employee development needs, designs and facilitates training, monitors participation and effectiveness, supports service improvement and manages training spending in line with hotel goals.
Requirements & qualifications
Either a 2-year degree in HR, hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, business or related field plus 2 years of relevant HR experience and trainer certification, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field plus trainer certification with no work experience required.
