What you'll be doing

As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in managing daily treasury operations, ensuring accurate liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

The role contributes to treasury optimization initiatives, coordinates with banks, and supports internal stakeholders with treasury-related matters.

This position requires analytical skills, strong coordination, and knowledge of treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management, Forecasting and Reporting:

• Monitor daily Group cash positions and liquidity across banking partners.
• Consolidate cash balances and prepare daily liquidity reports.
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts in collaboration with Finance .
• Develop treasury dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting.
• Support implementation of best practices in cash management.

SAP S/4HANA & Treasury Systems:

• Support treasury processes within SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management.
• Maintain cash management structures, bank account master data, and liquidity reporting configurations.
• Support system testing, enhancements, and treasury process improvements.
• Collaborate on SAP upgrades and treasury transformation initiatives.

Credit Facilities & Banking:

• Monitor Group credit facilities, utilization levels, and available headroom.
• Track financial covenant compliance and support periodic covenant reporting.
• Prepare reports on debt maturities, facility utilization, and financing metrics.
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters.

Controls, Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Treasury Policies, Delegation of Authority, and internal procedures.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for treasury activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of treasury data and reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance on treasury reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Support business stakeholders with treasury-related queries and reporting requirements.
• Provide treasury insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Experience. You possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Banking or Financial Planning.
• You preferably have experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Cash Management.
• You preferably have experience with Treasury Management System.
• You have a knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.

You have a solid understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking products, credit facilities, and treasury processes.

You are an effective communicator.
