Full job description
Advise clients on capital options, distressed asset acquisitions or sales, business restructuring, cash management, financial reviews and corporate risk; collaborate across transaction teams and maintain senior client relationships.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 5 years of corporate restructuring experience; strong finance/accounting and financial-modeling capability; excellent English; regional travel around 25–50%. Arabic, Islamic-finance knowledge and audit/client-facing consulting experience are advantageous.
