What You'll Do Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials Assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer, and plumbing system installations Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles Follow technician direction and company procedures Take job photos and document work as needed Safely operate tools and equipment Deliver a great experience for our customers What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Clear background check Preferred (But Not Required) 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or trade experience Plumbing apprentice registration Drain cleaning experience Sewer or underground experience Water heater or fixture installation experience Basic soldering and pipe joining skills Experience with ServiceTitan What You'll Get Starting pay of $17 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and development Advancement opportunities Year-round work Supportive team environment The opportunity to earn while you learn and build a career in a trade that will always be in demand Start Your Career with Carter's If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn from experienced professionals, we'd love to meet you.
