The role provides operational guidance to mine planning, manages contractor performance, monitors schedule and cost compliance, supports safe mechanized mining, and develops the operational team.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires at least 15 years of experience in a comparable senior role in safe, high-productivity mechanized hard-rock underground mining, contractor and client-side management experience, underground stoping and jumbo-decline experience, and fluent English. French is desirable.
