The roster will support UNICEF foresight assignments across strategic foresight and futures methods, participatory facilitation, quantitative modelling, systems thinking, knowledge management and capability building. Selected consultants may be engaged for individual assignments under the Office of Strategy and Evidence - Innocenti. The official vacancy is listed as remote/work from home.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should hold an advanced university degree in a relevant field such as futures studies, public policy, international development, strategic planning, political science, economics, social sciences, systems thinking or innovation. UNICEF asks for at least 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic foresight, futures, scenario planning, systems transformation, public policy, organizational strategy or innovation. Excellent written and spoken English is required; additional UN languages are an asset.
