Delivering insight-driven performance tracking to optimize outcomes Portfolio Execution & Program Management Execute strategic initiatives across the ABS VAS portfolio, translating business priorities into scalable programs and deliverables Drive end-to-end execution of adoption, activation, and growth programs aligned to portfolio goals Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure consistent delivery at scale Enable field teams with clear positioning, plays, and readiness materials to drive VAS adoption Align stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and GTM to ensure cohesive execution Drive clarity on roles, handoffs, and ownership to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes Act as a key connector between strategy, field, and delivery teams Design and execute programs that accelerate customer adoption, usage, and value realization Ensure programs are aligned to customer needs and business priorities Performance Tracking & Insights Analyze performance trends, field feedback, and customer signals to assess program effectiveness Deliver insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement Contribute to improving the scalability, consistency, and clarity of the VAS portfolio Experience working across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and GTM teams, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority Data-Driven Decision Making Strong analytical skills with experience using data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) to track performance, identify trends, and inform decisions Stakeholder Management Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, drive accountability, and maintain alignment through structured operating rhythms Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Ability to identify root causes, simplify complex processes, and drive ongoing improvements based on business and customer insights Experience in cloud services, AI, or enterprise technology solutions, particularly in adoption, customer success, or services delivery models Experience driving go-to-market programs, field enablement, or adoption initiatives Familiarity with outcome-based delivery models and portfolio lifecycle management Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
