MMPAF offers two tutor-led online courses: Irregular Migration from 23–27 November 2026 and Migration & Development from 30 November–4 December 2026. Each course is a full-time one-week programme requiring about 40 hours, combining lectures, interactive sessions and practical problem-based learning. The programme is funded by the European Union through the Migration Partnership Facility of ICMPD.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be fluent in English, hold at least a Bachelor's degree, have a valid passport or ID, have sufficient computer skills, work as a government official in migration and/or asylum in an eligible country including Djibouti, and provide written employer support releasing them from work duties for the programme.
